Povinnosti přepravované osoby (CZ)

1. Přepravovaná osoba zodpovídá za platnost a správnost svých cestovních dokladů a víz.
2. Přepravovaná osoba musí být za jízdy připoutána na sedadle bezpečnostním pásem.
3. Přepravovaná osoba nesmí ohrožovat svým chováním bezpečnost provozu na pozemních komunikacích, zejména neomezovat řidiče v bezpečném ovládání vozidla.
4. Přepravovaná osoba musí dbát pokynů řidiče.
5. Přepravovaná osoba nesmí vyhazovat předměty z vozidla.
6. Přepravovaná osoba nemá ponechávat ve vozidle cenné předměty v případě, že vozidlo opustí i řidič. Na zavazadla se nevztahuje pojištění.
7. Přepravovaná osoba musí ve všech vozidlech dodržovat zákaz kouření a udržovat pořádek.

V případě, že přepravovaná osoba i přeš opakovanou výzvu řidiče porušuje výše uvedené body, může ji řidič z vozidla vykázat – náklady za přepravu v takovém případě hradí přepravovaná osoba a to v plné výši!

V případě poruchy na vozidle má dopravce povinnost zařídit náhradní řešení do 24 hodin. Na výslednou cenu nemá toto náhradní řešení žádný vliv.

Pflichten der beförderten Person (DE)

1. Die zu befördernde Person ist für die Gültigkeit und Richtigkeit ihrer Reisedokumente und ihres Visums verantwortlich.
2. Die beförderte Person ist verpflichtet, während der Reise den Sicherheitsgurt anzulegen.
3. Die beförderte Person darf durch ihr eigenes Verhalten die Verkehrssicherheit nicht gefährden. Insbesondere darf sie den Fahrer nicht in der sicheren Bedienung des Fahrzeugs einschränken.
4. Die beförderte Person hat den Anweisungen des Fahrers Folge zu leisten.
5. Die beförderte Person darf keine Gegenstände aus dem Fahrzeug werfen.
6. Die beförderte Person darf keine Wertsachen im Fahrzeug zurücklassen, wenn der Fahrer ebenfalls das Fahrzeug verlässt. Gepäckstücke sind nicht versichert.
7. Die beförderte Person ist verpflichtet, das Rauchverbot zu beachten und in allen Fahrzeugen für Ordnung zu sorgen.

Verstößt die beförderte Person trotz wiederholter Aufforderung durch den Fahrer gegen die oben genannten Punkte, kann der Fahrer die Person aus dem Fahrzeug verbannt. In diesem Fall gehen die Beförderungskosten in vollem Umfang zu Lasten der beförderten Person!

Im Falle einer Panne am Fahrzeug ist der Transporteur verpflichtet, innerhalb von 24 Stunden eine Ersatzlösung zu organisieren. Der Endpreis wird durch diese Ersatzlösung nicht beeinflusst.

Obligations of the transported people (EN)

1. The person who is transporte dis responsible for the validity and accuracy of their documents and visa.
2. The person who is transported have to wear seat belt during the way.
3. The person who is transported can´t danger the safety of the road traffic by their behaviour, in particular don´t disturb the driver meanwhile driving safely.
4. The person who is transported must behave as the instructions of the driver says.
5. The person who is transported can´t throw anything out of the vehicle.
6. The person who is transported can´t leave valuable items in the vehicle if the driver is leaving vehicle too. Luggage is not covered by the insurance.
7. The person who is transported must accept no smoking rule and maintain order in the vehicle.

If the person who is transported violates all of those points after repeated request from the driver, the driver has right to eject the person out of the vehicle – in that case all of the transport costs goes to that person.

In the event of a breakdown on the vehicle, the carrier is obliged to arrange a replacement solution within 24 hours. The final price is not affected by this replacement solution.
